These terms cover your use of this website. They are not the agreement for the work itself. If you hire Quiet Anchor, a separate written service agreement governs that engagement, and where the two ever disagree, the service agreement wins.

By using this site you're accepting what follows. If you don't agree with it, please don't use the site.

What this website is

This site describes the services Quiet Anchor Concierge, LLC offers to families in Texas. Everything on it is general information about what I do and what it costs.

It is not advice about your situation. Nothing here has been written with knowledge of your circumstances, your family, or the estate you're dealing with.

Contacting me through this site

Sending the contact form or emailing me starts a conversation. It does not start an engagement, and it does not obligate either of us to anything. Work begins only when there's a signed service agreement and the fee has been paid.

Because that's true, please treat anything you send before then as ordinary email rather than confidential correspondence. Don't include Social Security numbers, account numbers, or policy numbers in the contact form. I'll tell you the secure way to send those once we're actually working together.

I'll still treat what you send with discretion. How I handle it is described in the privacy policy.

Accuracy, and things that change

I try to keep this site correct and current. Even so, agency requirements, forms, deadlines, provider prices, and the law itself all change, and sometimes without much notice.

So please don't rely on this website as your source of truth for a decision that matters. Pricing shown here is a starting point, and your actual fee is quoted in writing after the consultation.

No guarantee of outcome

My work is coordination, organization, and preparation. What third parties do with what I prepare is outside my control. Agencies lose paperwork, insurers deny claims, and probate takes as long as it takes.

Nothing on this site is a promise about how a claim, benefit, filing, or negotiation will turn out.

Where this site points you to an agency, provider, or resource, that's for convenience. I don't control those sites and I'm not responsible for their content, accuracy, or how they handle your information.
